Privacy Policy
This policy describes what data GroupsRadar may process while operating the website, account area, list catalog, payments, and support, why the data is used, and how users can contact the service about data matters.
1. General Provisions
This policy applies to the website, account area, authentication, list catalog, payment features, downloads, support, notifications, and other GroupsRadar features.
By using the service, the user confirms that they have reviewed this policy and understands the general approach to data processing.
If the user does not agree with this policy, the user should stop using the service and should not make new purchases.
2. Definitions
Personal data means information that directly or indirectly relates to an identified or identifiable service user.
Data processing means any action with data, including collection, recording, storage, update, use, transfer, anonymization, deletion, and destruction.
Technical data means information about the browser, device, network request, session, errors, security events, and interface operation.
Service materials mean files, tables, statuses, reports, and other materials provided by the service to the user.
3. Data the Service May Process
The service may process account and authentication data, including identifiers, name, username, selected sign-in method, and information needed to maintain a session.
The service may process contact data that the user provides in support or feedback forms, including email address, Telegram account, and request content.
To operate the catalog, purchases, and downloads, the service may process selected lists, order statuses, file-access information, technical logs, and other information needed to provide the feature.
For payments, the service may process tariff, amount, currency, payment status, provider, operation time, and technical payment identifiers. Full bank card details are not stored by the service when processed by the payment provider.
The service may also process browser technical data, IP address, cookies, interface events, error messages, security data, and anonymized usage statistics.
4. Purposes of Processing
Data is used for authentication, account area access, catalog display, payment processing, access to purchased files, and application of limits.
Data is also used for user support, responses to requests, error diagnostics, security, abuse prevention, operation records, and compliance with legal requirements.
Anonymized and aggregated data may be used to analyze service quality, improve the interface, plan capacity, and develop GroupsRadar features.
The service does not use user data for purposes clearly unrelated to GroupsRadar operation without a separate basis or consent where such basis is required.
5. Grounds for Processing and Consent
Data is processed to fulfill the user's request, perform the agreement, comply with legal requirements, protect rights and legitimate interests, ensure service security, and on the basis of user consent where consent is required.
The user gives consent to data processing by using the service, signing in, selecting or paying for a list, sending requests, or transferring data through the interface.
The user may withdraw consent by contacting support. After withdrawal, the service stops processing unless there are other lawful grounds for continued storage or processing of specific data.
6. Processing and Data Sharing
Data access is provided only to employees, contractors, and providers who need it for service operation, support, infrastructure, payments, analytics, security, or legal compliance.
Data may be shared with hosting, database, queue, object storage, email, communication, payment, analytics, authentication, and support providers to the extent needed for the relevant function.
Data may be disclosed upon request from a court, competent authority, payment provider, or in other cases where disclosure is required by law, abuse investigation, or protection of the rights of the service and third parties.
When sharing data with providers, the administration aims to limit the volume of transferred information and use reasonable contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards.
7. Storage and Deletion
Data is stored for as long as necessary to operate the service, fulfill obligations, provide history and files, process payments, resolve disputes, ensure security, and comply with applicable requirements.
Storage periods may differ by data category: sessions and cookies may be stored for a shorter time, payment and accounting records for longer, and technical logs for the period needed for diagnostics and security.
After processing purposes are achieved, data is deleted, anonymized, or archived unless further storage is required for legal compliance, accounting, rights protection, or investigation of violations.
The user may contact support to request deletion of data. Such request is handled within technical feasibility and applicable legal requirements.
8. Data Protection
The administration takes reasonable legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions.
Such measures may include access separation, event logs, backups, component updates, secret control, protected communication channels, and internal rules for working with data.
The user is also responsible for the security of the user's account, device, email, Telegram account, and payment tools. The service does not request passwords, login codes, private keys, or other secrets in ordinary support communications.
No technical system can guarantee absolute security. When an incident is detected, the administration takes measures to limit consequences and restore normal operation.
9. Cookies and Analytics
The website may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, saving settings, stable interface operation, security, and feature usage analysis.
The service may use analytics events to understand which sections and flows work correctly, where errors occur, and which features need improvement.
Analytics must not receive Telegram links, usernames, chat titles, Telegram user identifiers, order or file identifiers, payment data, export content, support requests, or other sensitive values.
The user may restrict cookies through browser settings, but this may affect authentication, account area operation, and specific website features.
10. User Rights
The user may contact support to request access to data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent where the relevant right applies.
To protect data, support may request information confirming that the request is sent by the user or an authorized person.
If a request cannot be fulfilled in full, the administration responds within the permitted scope and explains the general reason for refusal or limitation.
Requests are accepted by GroupsRadar support on Telegram.
11. Third-Party Data and Telegram Communities
When contacting support or requesting a tailored list, the user may provide links, parameters, and other information about Telegram chats, groups, or channels. The user is responsible for the lawfulness of that transfer and further use of materials.
The service processes information about Telegram communities only to the extent needed for the catalog, list preparation, file delivery, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.
GroupsRadar is not part of Telegram, does not manage Telegram policies, and is not responsible for Telegram decisions to restrict access, change interfaces, or change data availability.
12. Changes to this Policy
This policy may be updated as the service, features, providers, legal requirements, or security approaches change.
A new version is published on the website and applies from publication unless stated otherwise.
Continued use of the service after a new version is published means that the user has reviewed the updated policy.
13. Contacts
Questions, requests, and data processing inquiries may be sent to GroupsRadar support on Telegram.
